What is a Coach?
Imagine the Coach of a sports team. They observe how you play the game and make suggestions as to how you can make changes so that you may have better success. A Health & Life Coach helps you out in in similar way. I observe how you are doing things right now, recognize habits and patterns that may be holding you back, and then help you move forward successfully into the life that you are wanting to be living.
A Health & Life Coach will also be your biggest cheerleader!
How does a Coach know what type of Program will work best for me?
As a Health & Life Coach I meet with you for a Discovery Session (consultation) before moving forward with a Program. During the Discovery Session we discuss your goals. It is your goals that help determine the Program that works best to suit your needs.
How long are the sessions?
Each session takes 45 to 60 minutes. But I like to suggest that you plan for 1.25 hours just in case we need a bit of extra time. You can't put a time limit on epiphanies, breakthroughs, or major AHA moments!
What is the cost?
The price for Programs varies depending on length. A quote will be given to you during your Discovery Session. Payment plans are available. YOU are your greatest investment! When it is easy for you, it is easier to follow through.
What ages can work with a Coach?
I have worked with as young as 10 years old, and as old as senior. Every Program is customized to suit the needs of the Client.
Please note: When my Client is a child, I often involve the family in the action steps (homework).
What if I don't see results?
I invite you to be 100% open to to committing to 1% change each session! You will often hear me refer to 'baby-steps'. The Program evolves - and sometimes goals change - as we go along. I work with Clients who are READY to make changes in their lives. If you are willing to do the work, prepare for self-discipline, self-exploration, self-motivation blood, sweat, and tears, I am confident that you will see results!
